6Data Sharing & Disclosure
63free does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

- KYC & Compliance Providers: Identity verification and AML screening service providers who assist 63free in meeting its regulatory obligations. All such providers are contractually bound to process your data only on 63free's instructions.
- PAGCOR & Government Authorities: 63free will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine authorities when required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
- Technology & Hosting Providers: Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers who store and process platform data on 63free's behalf, subject to data processing agreements that require them to maintain appropriate security standards.
- Game Providers: Third-party game studios whose games are available on the 63free platform may receive anonymised or pseudonymised session data for game performance and integrity purposes. They do not receive your identity or financial data.
Cross-Border Transfers: Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines (e.g., to cloud infrastructure providers), 63free ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC guidelines, including data processing agreements with standard contractual clauses.
7Cookies & Tracking Technologies
63free uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and analyse usage patterns. The types of cookies we use include:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the platform to function. These include session authentication cookies, security tokens, and load-balancing cookies. These cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality.
- Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, display preferences, and responsible gaming tool configurations.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how players use the platform — which pages are visited most, where players encounter difficulties, and how the platform can be improved. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual players.
- Security Cookies: Used for fraud detection and prevention, including identifying unusual login patterns or suspicious activity.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to use the 63free platform. 63free does not use third-party advertising cookies or share cookie
data with advertising networks.
8Data Retention
63free retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. Our standard retention periods are as follows:
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
- KYC & Identity Verification Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Transaction Records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AML and tax reporting obligations.
- Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer if the matter is subject to ongoing dispute or legal proceedings.
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed, plus two (2) years following withdrawal of consent, as evidence of lawful processing.
- Technical & Log Data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and fraud prevention purposes.
When personal data is no longer required, 63free will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with industry best practices and NPC guidelines.
9Data Security
63free implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the 63free platform is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data at rest (including KYC documents and financial records) is encrypted using AES-256.
- Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to authorised 63free personnel and service providers on a strict need-to-know basis. All access is logged and audited.
- Two-Factor Authentication: 63free supports and encourages the use of two-factor authentication (2FA) on player accounts to prevent unauthorised access.
- Penetration Testing: The 63free platform undergoes regular security assessments and penetration testing by independent security professionals.
- Incident Response: 63free maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours and affected players without undue delay, as required by the Data Privacy Act.
Your Role in Security: While 63free takes every reasonable precaution to protect your data, you also play an important role. Please use a strong, unique password for your 63free account, enable 2FA, and never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
